We are a full service dental office that focuses on minimal evasiveness. We pride ourselves on not attempting to fix problems that AREN’T THERE!
If we wouldn’t recommend the procedure to our own families & friends, we certainly would not recommend it to you. If your case is too complex for us, we will gladly refer you to our trusted network of specialists throughout the Los Angeles that share our same professional integrity. The doctors and staff at Dr. Nicole Farr DMD are constantly looking for the latest technological advancements to help deliver the best dental care for our patients. You will find that we have invested a lot into the newest technology & education to keep us at the top our our game.
WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU TAKE?
You can utilize any kind of PPO insurance in our office. However, in order to provide the highest quality of dentistry for our patients, we cannot be “in-network” with all PPO insurance companies. Some set their reimbursement fees so low that we strongly feel it is not in the best interest of our patients to use lower quality materials and rush through procedures to make dental care cost effective.
With PPO insurance you may choose your dentist, even if they are out of network, and the insurance will help to pay a portion of the fees.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will do all the paperwork regarding insurance including insurance verification and billing to make the process easier for our patients. Even when we are considered “out-of-network” or unrestricted providers, many of our patients still utilize their PPO benefits at our office.
We unfortunately do not accept HMO or DMO plans, but to inquire on how we can still help, just give us a call.

WHAT ARE YOUR COSTS?
At Dr. Nicole Farr DMD, we take transparency very seriously. We have set our fees at about the 80th percentile of fees in the neighboring cities. We’re not the cheapest, nor are we the most expensive. Our fees are reflective of the quality of materials we use and the time and attention to detail devoted to you and your loved ones.
